Gymnastics: examples of exercises

Lie down on the stomach. Raise the body, resting his hands on the floor in front of him. They freeze in this position for one or one and a half minutes and return to the initial position. All movements make smoothly. When the body is raised, the posture and shoulders are kept straight.

Lying on your stomach, stretch your arms along your torso. Perform a slow turn of the head to the left, trying to press his ear to the floor. Then turn to the right. Repeat 5-6 times. Exercise can not be done if there are painful sensations.

Take a sitting position. Exhale and bend forward, pressing his chin to his chest. Breathe in and throw back your head. Make 10-15 repetitions. This exercise can be performed twice or thrice a day, the rest – 3-4 times.

It is also useful to gently rotate the head first to one, then to the other side. Move smoothly, without jerks. At the serious stages of the disease, this exercise must be approached with caution.
