Decoction of lingonberry leaves with honey and salt metabolism disorders

Take 3 tbsp. tablespoons of dry crushed lingonberry leaves, pour 0.5 liters of boiled water, boil for 10-15 minutes over low heat, insist 1-1.5 hours, strain, add 2 tbsp. tablespoons of bee honey, stir until it is completely dissolved and drink 1 glass 3 times a day for gout, rheumatism and kidney stones.

A more effective procedure than rubbing in fir oil is a bath with fir emulsion. To prepare it, you need to pour 550 ml of pure water into an enamel pan, add 0.75 g of salicylic acid and put on fire. When the water boils, add 30 g of baby soap and simmer the mixture over low heat until the soap is completely dissolved. Then remove the pan from the stove and gradually pour in 0.5 liters of fir oil, stirring its contents with a clean spoon (be careful, keep away from fire, as fir oil is flammable). After stirring the mixture well, bottle it and seal tightly with plastic stoppers. Store emulsion in a cool and dark place.

Fill the bath with 180 liters of water at a temperature of 39-41 ° C, measure 15 ml of the prepared emulsion with a beaker (shake the bottle beforehand), pour into the bath, stir by hand, then immerse yourself in the water.

For each subsequent bath, add an additional 5 ml of emulsion (that is, the second bath will take you 20 ml, the third – 25 ml, etc.), bringing the dose to 85 ml. A burning sensation may be felt when taking baths. It is easier to tolerate if the armpits and perineum are lubricated with Vaseline before immersion.

An ancient remedy for gout, rheumatism and radiculitis

Take 25 g of dry crushed barberry bark (or the same amount of its root), pour in 100 ml of alcohol, stand for 10-12 days in a dark place, shaking occasionally, strain and drink 30 drops 3 times a day with deposition of salts, gout, rheumatism and radiculitis.

Black elderberry with honey and gout

Take 3-4 tbsp. tablespoons of dry chopped black elderberry flowers, pour 0.5 liters of boiling water, cook over low heat for 10 minutes, leave for half an hour or an hour, strain, dilute honey to taste and drink 1/2 cup 3-4 times a day half an hour before meals ( drink the last portion of the broth before bedtime) with gout.

Do not confuse black elderberry (shrub) with herbaceous elderberry (smelly), which is lower, has flowers that are white with red anthers (they are white-yellow in black elderberry) and is toxic.

Duckweed with honey against gout

Collect the duckweed and dry it on a sieve, often stirring. Then crush it into powder, mix it with honey, make pills the size of a pea and take 1-2 pieces 3-4 times a day for gout.
